    Purpose of story
    Your story may be used as a part of ZERO TO THREE's Staff Storytelling Series, which highlights the experiences, voices, and values of our team. The purpose of this series is to foster a stronger sense of connection across the organization, support the OneZTT culture, and celebrate how our mission and benefits support personal and professional growth. Stories may also be used to enhance staff engagement, recruitment efforts, and external visibility.


    How your story may be used
    Not all stories that are submitted may be selected to be featured. If selected, your story may be shared through:

    • Internal communications platforms (e.g., newsletters, emails, intranet, virtual staff meetings)
    • External communications including but not limited to ZERO TO THREE's website, social media channels and recruitment materials or presentations.

    What is being collected
    You are providing permission to ZERO TO THREE to:

    • Record and transcribe your story (via audio, video or written submission)
      Edit the content for clarity, length and accessibility while preserving the core message
    • Use your name, job title, location (city, state) and photograph (if provided) alongside your story

    Voluntary Participation
    Participation is completely voluntary. You may decline to answer any questions or withdraw your consent at any time prior to publication or sharing. Once content is published externally, it may not be possible to fully retract it from public platforms, though ZERO TO THREE will cease further distribution.

    Your Rights and Privacy
    ZERO TO THREE will:

    • Use your story respectfully and in alignment with our mission
    • Review final content with you before external publication, where feasible
    • Ensure your story is not taken out of context or used inappropriately

    Consent Statement
